Sian regularly provides training for clinicians, educators and parents with the focus on understanding developmental trauma, recognizing its pervasive effects on all aspects of development and finding ways of being that invite children who have been hurt by relationships into new experiences of relationships.
Consultation is offered to individuals, teams or organizations who are learning how to work with children who have been hurt by relationships and their caregivers or educators. Consultation is a collaborative, problem-solving process that integrates self-reflection and learning.
Supervision is available for general cases that involve developmental trauma or for individuals who are engaged in the DDPI practicum to become certified DDP practitioners or consultants.
